About me
Getting unmarried after more than a decade, is much harder than getting married and drains one both emotionally and financially.
By sharing strategies and techniques, I help men and women who feel like their life is in jeopardy or have lost part of themselves which they feel will never return. I help to stop the pain of heartbreak, manage conflict, find resolution, boost confidence. We work towards finding happiness from within, this in turn moves them away from pain & towards comfort and joy.
Divorce coaching is flexible, a goal orientated process designed to support, motivate and guide individuals going through such a difficult time in their life and to help them make the best possible decisions for the future. Together we explore options in a non-judgemental manner.
I believe that it’s not what happens to you that defines you, but the way you respond to it. By facing ones fears head on and stepping outside of our comfort zone, it’s possible to move forward with dignity, grace and live the best life ever!

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
