About me

Change is inevitable. Let's make it work for you.

Sometimes a big disruption comes to a person's life that they need to navigate, or maybe one is looming? At other times people may just be feeling a bit stuck and listless. Coaching can help you get to where you want to be much faster. With an understanding of the things affecting you and your judgements, success becomes much more likely. Careful and sometimes challenging questions will help us explore your hopes, ambitions, fears and concerns. This can be career coaching, supporting those who are neurodivergent (including ADHD), mental health challenges (including Anxiety), or building confidence.

I work in a way that recognises you as the best resource for getting the change you need. We'll be mindful of the reality of your life, the difficulties, the seemingly unchangeable things. We will recognise your challenges, and we will get to work.

I am experienced, qualified, and accredited development coach with a gentle and effective approach to my work. I'd love to hear from you!

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I have two main areas of speciality, underpinned by a focus on health and well-being. I work with those seeking  careers coaching, particularly in leadership positions and navigating the demands of such roles. I also work with the neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, supporting people in achieving their aspirations within the neurotypical world

Additional information

1-2-1 coaching can be delivered as a single session. This would be fast paced and focused on the creation of an action plan. A more traditional (and effective) approach is to agree a set number of sessions, preferably on a weekly basis, where we can delve more deeply. Additional sessions can be arranged after an initial set has been agreed.

Funding may be available for those with neurodiversity.
