About me
Shell - Holistic Wellbeing Coach & Consultant
With 15 years of coaching expertise and 22 years of frontline experience within the NHS, I bring a rare blend of professional insight, lived experience, and grounded humanity to the world of holistic wellbeing.
I’m not your typical coach - think of me as the straight-talking, slightly sarcastic guide who believes deeply in compassion, authenticity, and the power of meeting people exactly where they are.
Living with a long-term condition and navigating life as a widow has shaped me into the kind of coach who doesn’t just understand resilience - I’ve lived it, rebuilt it, and now help others do the same. My work is rooted in real-life wisdom, evidence-based practice, and a belief that wellbeing is not a luxury, but a foundation.
These experiences haven’t just shaped me; they’ve sharpened my ability to support others who are navigating their own complex chapters. I bring empathy without pity, strength without pressure, and a slightly sarcastic sense of humour to keep things real (because sometimes laughter is the most holistic tool we’ve got).
I specialise in helping individuals and teams slow down, tune in, and build sustainable wellbeing habits that actually make sense in the chaos of modern life. Whether I’m working with professionals on burnout prevention, supporting individuals through major life transitions, or guiding clients toward more balanced, meaningful living, my approach is holistic, warm, and refreshingly human.
If you're looking for a coach who blends professional expertise with authenticity, humour, and a genuinely holistic view of wellbeing - you’ve found her. I’m Shell. And I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your energy, and rediscover what thriving looks like for you.

My philosophy:
Life doesn’t need you to be perfect - it needs you to be present. Together, we work toward a life that feels good to live, not just one that looks good on paper.
