About me

Hi, I’m Nina.

I’m a mum of three, and an accredited mindset & life coach. 

I believe every meaningful change in life starts with mindset. The way we think shapes our confidence, emotions, decisions, and ultimately the life we create for ourselves.

Through personalised 1:1 mindset & life coaching, I help you overcome self-doubt, overthinking, anxiety, and overwhelm so you can feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your life. My 10 - 12 session coaching programme is designed to create real, lasting change through practical tools, emotional support, and deep mindset work - not just temporary motivation.

While most of my clients are mums, I would welcome anyone who is ready to grow, reconnect with themselves, and create positive change in their life.

I trained through the Unbreakable Mindset Academy and I'm a member of ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists) and AC (Association for Coaching).

My coaching sessions are tailor-made to each individual client which means some clients need more or less sessions than others. During the phone call I will work out how many sessions you need and a package price.

What is Mindset & Life Coaching
 
Mindset & Life Coaching is a form of personal development that helps you understand, strengthen, and reshape the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that drive your behaviour. I will work with you to:

  • Identify limiting beliefs and thought patterns that keep you stuck
  • Replace unhelpful mindsets with empowering, confident, and growth-focused ones
  • Develop tools that support clarity, motivation, and long-term change
  • Create new habits that align with the person you want to become

In simple terms, I will help you think better, feel better, and show up as the best version of yourself!

How My Coaching Programme Works:

Lasting mindset change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, understanding, and the right support.

My programme includes 10-12 sessions (online or in-person) spread over several months, giving you the space to reflect, learn, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels manageable alongside the demands of everyday life.

In the early sessions, we gently explore some of your past experiences to understand where certain anxious or limiting thought patterns may have developed. This helps bring awareness to patterns that may still be influencing how you think and feel today.

As the programme progresses, I will guide you through practical tools and techniques to help you quiet an overactive mind, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop a calmer, more supportive mindset.

The goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck in your thoughts to feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
