Specialising in ADHD traits & Performance.

About me

I bring over 20 years of psychological experience into a hybrid coaching style, working with international footballers, entrepreneurs, and individuals who want to clear performance blocks and access their next level in career or personal development.

My approach supports ambitious, driven people who are outwardly successful yet feel held back internally - whether by self-doubt, loss of motivation, emotional overload, ADHD traits, or invisible performance blocks. I help clients move past these patterns so they can step into greater confidence, clarity, and sustained motivation.

I’m a Therapeutic Coach, EMDR practitioner, and BACP-accredited coach | therapist. My work sits at the intersection of therapy, performance psychology, and mindset coaching, allowing for deep, lasting change rather than surface-level motivation.

Who I work with
I support individuals who want to create meaningful change in their career, confidence, wellbeing, or personal development. This includes:

  • Professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigating growth, transition, or pressure
  • Athletes, creatives, and performers seeking clarity, confidence, or emotional regulation

Many of my clients are capable and committed to their goals - but feel stuck, overwhelmed, unmotivated, or disconnected from their usual drive. My work helps them understand what’s getting in the way and move forward with clarity and confidence.

 What makes my coaching different
My approach is not traditional coaching. It is therapeutic coaching - a blend of:

  • Evidence-based psychological tools
  • EMDR for deep reprocessing of emotional and performance blocks
  • Somatic and nervous-system regulation
  • Career-focused mindset and performance optimisation
  • Confidence-building grounded in neuroscience, not positive thinking alone
  • Positive psychology and behavioural change

This hybrid model allows us to work at both levels: the root cause (why the block exists), and the forward direction (how you move confidently and sustainably toward your goals in both career and personal development).

Common areas I help with

  • Career confidence and direction
  • Motivation, focus, and follow-through
  • Performance anxiety and fear of failure
  • Overthinking, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome
  • Stress, burnout, and emotional overload
  • Creative, strategic, or leadership blocks
  • Unprocessed experiences impacting confidence or decision-making
  • Navigating transitions, promotions, or high-pressure environments
Supporting meaningful personal development alongside performance goals

How I work
Clients come to me because they want more than coaching alone - and more than therapy alone.

My hybrid approach helps you:

  • Understand and rewire unhelpful thought, emotional, and behavioural patterns
  • Regulate your nervous system so you can stay grounded under pressure
  • Build sustainable motivation and confidence
  • Develop clarity and direction in your career and personal development
  • Perform at a high level without sacrificing wellbeing

This work creates lasting internal change, not short-term motivation boosts.

What you’ll gain
Clients typically leave sessions with:

  • Clear insight into what’s really holding them back
  • Tools to regulate their mind and body
  • Increased confidence and emotional resilience
  • Renewed motivation, creativity, and focus
  • A stronger internal narrative and sense of self-belief
  • A clear, aligned path forward in career and personal development

Availability

Training, qualifications & experience

I began my personal and professional development journey in 2004, when I first sought therapy. At the time, I was thriving in a career I loved as a fashion stylist - travelling the world and living what looked like my best life. But internally, things were very different. The bold, “push-through” attitude that had fuelled my success eventually collapsed, and years of suppressed emotions surfaced as panic attacks.

The therapist who supported me worked at the charity Mind, and that experience changed the direction of my life. I felt compelled to give back, which became the start of my new career. I trained as a telephone counsellor, went on to complete a higher professional diploma in integrative counselling, and volunteered as both a crisis and long-term counsellor at Mind. I was later offered paid employment and became the trainer for their telephone counselling team.

Since 2008, I’ve run my own private practice and continued to deepen my expertise through further training, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Certificate
  • Diploma in Positive Psychology
  • Diploma in Neuroplasticity
  • Diploma in the Science of Flow State
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Part I, Part II, Part III and IV
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Attachment Theory

My work and insights have been featured in publications such as Hello, The Independent, InStyle Magazine, HuffPost, and Happiful Magazine.
