About me

In this busy and dynamic world, finding time to reflect and focus on our personal and professional growth can be challenging. With competing priorities, it's easy to lose track of our goals and dreams. That's where I come in.

As a coach, I understand that each person has unique needs and goals. That's why I work with individuals in a highly personalized and tailored way to help them achieve success on their own terms. By creating a safe and supportive environment, I encourage individuals to explore their personal and professional aspirations, develop actionable plans, and gain clarity on complex situations.

Whether you're looking to advance your career, improve your business, or navigate a significant life change, I'm here to provide the support and tools you need. Drawing on my extensive corporate background, I can also offer practical advice and share my own experience if that is useful to you.

My approach is focused on empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and live their best lives. If you're ready to take the first step towards personal and professional growth, please do get in touch.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I work with people in a very wide range of coaching areas and also have over 30 years of experience in various areas of the business world. Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to work with a range of companies, from fast-growing startups to established corporations, and I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way.

I’ve successfully run teams when I was out of my depth, done presentations that the future of the business depended on that scared me, been involved with frustrating and complex people issues, started up my own business and been stressed and burnt out and came back stronger!
I believe that my background in the business world can be particularly relevant to coaching, as it often gives me a good understanding of the challenges that my clients may face.
