Business, careers, workplace & personal development coach

About me

I help people achieve clarity so that they can move forward with confidence in their personal, career and professional lives. This confidence makes them happier and enables them to commit to clear plans that they believe in. The regularity and accountability of coaching helps create a structure for these plans to succeed.

We all live in a busy complex and changing world where time to think often feels a rare luxury. Where focusing on ourselves to make meaningful progress is often low down the priority list and even with our best of intentions time slips away as the muck and bullets of the day job intrude into achieving our professional, business and life goals.

I work with people to improve their combined professional and personal lives

·  This may involve focusing their professional or life goals and creating a plan on how to get there.

·  It may be digging deep into what's really going on and daring to have bigger ideas.

·  It may be support to gain clarity on a difficult decision or complex situation

·  It may be a safe space to talk through frustrations

·  It may be working out a business plan or career move and wanting to ensure it's right

·  It may be personal development needs such as improving management techniques or doing something for the first time as careers and businesses grow

·  It may be a combination of coaching and mentoring with someone taking on a new professional or expanded role

·  Often its a desire to create fresh thinking and new perspectives

The common thread is I help people achieve clarity and move forward

Additional information

Let's get on a 20 minute phone call to see if we could be a good fit.  It's good to talk!

If we both think that we would be a good fit, rather than describing what I do, we will then set up a free 60 minute coaching session on video to work through a subject of your choosing to see how well we work together and how successful we can be.

We can then discuss fees going forward and how often we need to meet.
