About me

Hi! Thank you for viewing my profile.

How can I help you?

Well, I have received some great feedback for my attention when coaching - really being present for the coachee. I work steadily to encourage people to grow their comfort zone as they seek to achieve their coaching goal/s. I aim to achieve a careful balance of support and challenge in my coaching.

I work to help people remember previous positive experiences in their mind, to review why they worked so well previously and to consider whether the strength/s they demonstrated may be right for their current goal. Where it feels right, I will use a model or tool which I think will help someone to shift their perspective or gain insights which may help them make progress.

I have eleven years’ experience as an ICF-qualified (ACC) coach, working as a coach both inside and outside of organisations.

Below are some comments from people I have worked with as a coach (they have given approval for these comments to be shared):

It's been brilliant - you've been fantastic. A really good sounding board.

I feel more resilient, and have got out of 'urgent' mode.

Thank you for your guidance and facilitation of my reflection and growth. Our sessions were valuable and totemic in helping me find my place.

Thank you so much for all the valuable advice and insights you’ve given me over the last 6 months, it’s really supported me to gain a firmer handle on my potential career path, and the key values I had neglected.

I am more reflective and I stop to think before acting. I also read more around the topics we discuss to understand myself better. Confidence has grown, too. I can share my worries and discuss difficult decisions without judgement. A lot of hints around changing the way of thinking. And also understanding my drivers - a new thing for me.

People generally come to coaching when they are struggling to achieve their goals on their own. Let me help you bridge that gap.
