I’m Mila Smith, a certified Relationship & Dating Coach for men and women who no longer want to leave love to luck.

My interest in relationship science began a decade ago with my own less-than-straightforward relationship journey.
Applying what I learned transformed my approach to dating and ultimately helped me build the happy relationship I now have with my husband, and a blended family.
I’m certified through the School of Matchmaking & Relationship Sciences, with training based on a remarkable 30+ year study from one of the world’s most trusted relationship experts. No pseudo-science or unrealistic claims.
I've helped hundreds of men and women make wiser relationship choices and approach dating with greater clarity and confidence. It's been icredibly rewarding to see clients go on to build happy relationships, with some now engaged or married.
Having worked with people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, I bring understanding, practical insight and a fresh perspective to every coaching relationship.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
