About me

Hi I'm Mike, the founder of "The Alcohol-Free Framework™" – A Structured 100 Day Coaching Journey.

Many of the people I work with are not “rock bottom” drinkers.

They are thoughtful, intelligent professionals, business owners and introverted high performers who are functioning well on the outside - careers intact, responsibilities handled, life still moving forward - but internally know their relationship with alcohol no longer aligns with who they truly are.

They are often stuck in a familiar cycle:

You wake up determined.
You tell yourself:

“Tonight will be different.”

But by late afternoon or evening, something shifts:

  • Stress
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Boredom
  • Loneliness
  • Social pressure
  • Habit
  • or simply the need to switch off.

And before you know it, you’re drinking again - despite genuinely wanting change.

This is exactly why I created my 100 Day Alcohol-Free Framework™.

A private, one-to-one coaching experience designed specifically for people who are tired of relying on willpower and want a structured process that works in real life - especially when emotions, triggers and stress show up.

Why My Clients Choose 1:1 Coaching
A lot of my clients are naturally introverted or deeply private people.

They don’t necessarily want to sit in group meetings or share personal struggles publicly.

They want:

  • Confidentiality,
  • Honesty,
  • Personalised support,
  • A space where they can talk openly without fear of judgement or exposure.

That’s why my work is deeply personal. This is not a generic online course or motivational programme.

It’s a structured one-to-one coaching journey built around you, your triggers, your patterns, your personality and your life.

The 100 Day Framework
The programme is split into four core phases designed to create lasting, identity-level change.

Phase 1 - Foundation
This is where we slow everything down and create clarity.

Together we explore:

  • why you drink
  • when you drink
  • what alcohol gives you - and what it quietly takes away

We use evidence-based coaching tools such as:

  • ambivalence work
  • belief balancing
  • behavioural mapping and emotional awareness exercises.
  • This phase helps clients stop romanticising alcohol and begin seeing the relationship more honestly and clearly.

For many people, this is the moment everything starts to shift.

Phase 2 - Regulation
Most people don’t drink because they love alcohol.

They drink because they’re trying to regulate how they feel.

This phase focuses on:

  • emotional resilience
  • nervous system regulation
  • stress management
  • overwhelm, and learning how to respond differently to triggers

Clients begin developing healthier ways to pause, regulate emotions and navigate difficult moments without automatically reaching for alcohol.

This is often where:

  • anxiety begins reducing
  • sleep improves
  • emotional stability increases, and clients start feeling calmer and more in control again.

Phase 3 - Expansion
This is where clients begin building real confidence living alcohol-free in the real world.

We work on:

  • social situations,
  • work events,
  • holidays,
  • relationships,
  • confidence,
  • boundaries, and people pleasing.

Clients realise for the first time that they can:

  • socialise confidently,
  • travel,
  • relax, and fully enjoy life without alcohol.
  • not by avoiding life - but by fully engaging with it.

This phase helps clients build evidence that they are capable, resilient and fully able to handle life alcohol-free.

Phase 4 - Embodiment
This is where the identity shift happens.

Alcohol stops feeling like something you’re constantly resisting and starts becoming irrelevant.

The internal battle quietens.

Clients often describe:

  • more peace,
  • more headspace,
  • less emotional chaos,
  • stronger self-trust, and a sense of finally feeling like themselves again.
  • this is no longer about “trying not to drink.”

It becomes:

“I simply no longer need alcohol in my life.”

The Four Outcomes We Build Together
Everything inside the programme supports what I call the Quadrant of Success:

Sustained Alcohol-Free Living
Creating long-term freedom rather than temporary abstinence or white-knuckling.

Emotional Wellbeing
Reducing anxiety, shame, overwhelm and mental exhaustion.

Better Relationships
Helping clients reconnect with themselves and the people around them more honestly and authentically.

Confidence & Resilience
Building self-trust, emotional strength and the ability to handle life without relying on alcohol.

Why This Approach Works
Most people try to stop drinking using motivation alone.

But motivation disappears the moment:

  • stress hits,
  • emotions rise,
  • life becomes difficult, or old habits get triggered.
  • the difference with coaching is structure and support.

Clients are not left alone when the wobble comes.

Throughout the 100 days, clients receive:

  • 15 one-to-one coaching sessions,
  • direct WhatsApp support,
  • structured accountability, personalised exercises and tools,
reflective workbooks, and guidance tailored specifically to their challenges and personality.

Many clients describe it as:

“Having a coach in your pocket when it matters most.”

The Transformation
The transformation is rarely just about alcohol.

Clients often experience:

  • better sleep and energy,
  • reduced anxiety,
  • improved emotional regulation,
  • greater confidence,
  • stronger boundaries,
  • improved work performance,
  • healthier relationships,
  • more self-respect, and a calmer, more grounded relationship with themselves.
  • above all, they stop living in the exhausting mental negotiation around alcohol and start building a life that feels more peaceful, authentic and aligned.

Investment
The Alcohol-Free Framework™ is a structured 100-day coaching programme designed to create deep and lasting change.

The programme includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Video lessons in between sessions
  • WhatsApp support
  • Workbooks and reflective exercises
  • Personalised tools and accountability
  • Structured guidance across all four phases

I also offer a free discovery call to explore how alcohol is affecting your life and ultimatly to see if I can help and we are the right fit to work together.

Final Thought
You do not need to hit rock bottom to decide you want something better for your life.

Many of my clients simply reach a point where they realise:

“This no longer serves me.”

And from there, everything begins to change!

You can see the actual change in my client video testimonials at the bottom of this page showing their life changing results:
