About me
I am an ICF-qualified executive coach working online or in person.
As an experienced Director and Non-Exec Director (NED), I understand the complex environments in which many of my clients work and their challenges.
I work with senior-level people and those aiming to move into executive-level roles.
My clients may be seeking promotion, trying to successfully consolidate a new role, working through significant challenges, or wanting to pivot their careers. In many cases, they want to expand and develop their leadership style.
They often juggle life and work integration and seek a balance that works for them. I coach people before they risk reaching burnout and help them get back in the driving seat and sustain their energy.
I have a range of programmes, depending upon the result needed and the timescale. But always without judgement and completely confidential.
My coaching style is supportive and positive and transforms perspectives and futures.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a certified executive coach with a Professional Certificate in Executive coaching from Henley Business school. This is a triple-accredited qualification.
I also hold an MBA from Brunel University and an honours degree in the arts.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

My fees are per programme rather than per session, so you have access to a coach as you tackle significant challenges.
