About me

Hi. I am a career and executive leadership coach supporting individuals in thinking more clearly, leading with confidence, and making meaningful progress in work and life.

My coaching style is warm, practical and thought-provoking. I provide a supportive space where you can step back, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

I offer life coaching, career coaching and business coaching, helping people with areas such as:

Confidence and self-belief
Career direction and transition
Leadership development
Decision-making and mindset
Managing change and uncertainty
Business growth, focus and accountability
Communication and relationships at work.

I work collaboratively with you, tailoring the coaching process to your goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are navigating a problem, growing a business, struggling in a new role, or feeling stuck at your next step, coaching can help you build momentum and create lasting change.

Everyone is unique, and I guarantee my full commitment.

''I sought coaching because I wanted to feel more confident and authentic in interviews, and working with Maureen made a huge difference. She helped me find my voice and show up as myself, which completely changed how I approached those moments. I secured a promotion and continued coaching afterwards to better handle workplace conflict with confidence. I’d absolutely recommend it. It’s not just about career progression, it’s about backing yourself and communicating in a way that actually works.''
