About me
I am a qualified experienced life coach. I am empathetic yet I have a challenging coaching style. I can help you process the past and present but also bridge the gap to the future. I am a facilitator of change allowing you to set your own targets and goals.
I use many strategies and models such as NLP, CBT, counselling and mindfulness. I keep a holistic approach.
I will work through any emotional issues which restrict you from reaching your potential to achieve the best possible outcome.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have 40 years of experience in educational settings where I worked a teacher, coach, Head of Year and Line Manager.
I worked for 20 years as pastoral head dealing with emotional and mental health issues of the teenagers and supporting their parents.
I studied at Stonebridge College and I have a Diploma of: Joint Professional Life Coach and Counsellor Dip/NLP specialist (Distinction), at Stonebridge College.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
