Testimonials -

“Lynne is an exceptionally talented and perceptive coach. She combines her professionalism with kindness and dedication. When working with Lynne, you have her full attention as she gently but assertively leads you towards agreed outcomes for the session. Lynne intuitively understood the issues I faced in moving forward in my work. She helped me to understand the barriers I had erected and the strategies I needed to break them down. The sessions have made such a difference to me, not only in how I progress with my work but in everyday life. Lynne has helped me to see that I can achieve. and now I finally have that belief in myself. Thank you!” Anna (EdD student).

”I count myself fortunate to have had Lynne as my coach. Lynne effortlessly made me feel at ease and created a safe thinking space for me to explore what was getting in my way and what I could do differently. Lynne’s coaching style is that of an empathetic, non- judgemental, yet challenging, thinking partner. Her listening style silently encourages people to be open, honest and most importantly comfortable in sharing, often, unvoiced thoughts. If you are looking for a high impact, yet compassionate coach who will challenge you - look no further than Lynne. “ - Mark Landon, Business Executive , Developing Inspiration Leaders

“Lynne was my coach for a number of sessions over a six month period. In short, Lynne is a terrific coach. Although Lynne was relatively new to my field of business this made no difference to her ‘effectiveness’ ; it actually made a big difference as it allowed Lynne to be curious and ask more penetrating questions . Lynne is thoroughly professional in every aspect of her coaching practice. She listens and understands brilliantly and every session was insightful and enjoyable. I recommend Lynne unreservedly. “ - Simon North -Global Business Leader

”As a coach Lynne is skilled in quickly building a collaborative working relationship. She holds the ‘big picture’ and supports progress by shepherding the coaching conversation towards desired outcomes. By matching my pace, creating space for reflection and through insightful questions, she helped me gain enough clarity to move forward.” – JB
