You know when you realise that something is not right, but you can’t put your finger on it. Your sparkle has faded and you wonder “Is this all that there is?”

You might be feeling stuck in a rut and unsure of what to do about it. Well you are not alone. Lots of us get stuck in the messy middle part of life. I cannot solve the messy part but I can help you to get unstuck. Realising that something needs to change is the first step to realising that you need to change. That can feel scary. The good news is that you do not need to burn down your current life and start again. Often a small change is all that is required to have an enormous impact on your life.

I don’t know about you, but I am constantly surprised by how fast time flies. We have all been busy living our lives and it feels like the passage of time sneaked up on us while we were not looking.

I am in my 50s, I know what feeling stuck is like and how hard it is to find the courage to do anything about it. I changed my career in my 40s and continue to learn, try new things and adapt to live the life that I want. I am an executive coach and I work with women to work out what you want your life to look like, make your own rules and live life on your terms.

• My approach is to help you to gain clarity and work out what you want to change.
• The next stage is to work on making your rules, so that you can test out strategies and discover what works for you.
• We bring everything together so that you can make the change you need to live your life on your terms.
• This will help you to find positive ways to gain perspective, take action, and cope with whatever comes your way.
• I will work collaboratively with you and support you where you think you need it most. Be prepared to do some rewarding work and I will challenge you, when I think you can go even further.
• I will keep you on the right track and help you to future proof your plans.
