I’m Lucia—a certified, EMCC-accredited transformative coach.

My approach
I integrate psychology-based coaching methods, and a person-centred, systems-thinking, and trauma-informed approach. Translation? I meet you where you are, help you understand what’s really driving you, and work with you to create meaningful, lasting change.
My story
I know what it’s like to reach a breaking point. A few years ago, I was on the senior leadership team of a high-growth startup. I’d spent years climbing the ladder, only to realise…I didn’t even want to be on it. I was burnt out, stressed, and feeling creatively empty. I was stuck in a cycle of overworking and over-giving—unsurpisingly, my personal life mirrored the chaos of my career.
Coaching changed everything. It gave me the clarity and courage to walk away, build a career on my own terms, and live in a way that lights me up. Now, I help others do the same.
