I'm a fully trained Life Coach, Health Coach, Personal Evolutionary Coach, NLP Coach, Emotional Health Coach, Menopause Coach, Trauma Informed Coach, CBT Practitioner, Trainer & Master Practitioner in NLP & Hypnosis. After experiencing my own mental health issues, severe anxiety due to multiple grief/trauma. I am now passionate & driven to make a difference in other peoples lives, supporting & guiding you to thrive, feel empowered & really love life again!
