About me
Who is Lloyd Bryson?
-Originally from Manchester. After finishing university in the early 1980's I've worked as a HR professional for over 30 years and Life and executive coach for the last 20 years.
-I am an accomplished , versatile and dynamic Life and executive Coach, with an excellent reputation for supporting and engaging with young people and their transformation and growth into adults.
-For the last 20 years I have helped men and women fulfill their goals and dreams.
- Mainly coached on self confidence/worth, worklife balance, health and well-being, time management and "how to love your life"
-I love to laugh a lot about most things in life and bring this approach to my coaching sessons
-I’m over 60 now and recognise that life is to be lived to the fullest.
- I’m married with 2 outstanding sons.
- My favourite football team is Liverpool FC, which I have followed since the days of Kevin Keegan
- I believe in seed, time and harvest, in other words you reap what you sow.
- I am also a trained and experienced workplace mediator, and Action Learning Set facilitator.

I discovered my love and passion for helping people fix their life's situations, and decided to train to be a Life Coach.
Since qualifying as a Life abd Executive Coach I have devoted coached over 60 people, from all walks of life on a wide range subject including:

My coaching style
Clients have commented that they leave my coaching sessions with a renewed sense of purpose, direction and clarity. My style is very much one that will enable the client to achieve self- discovery to generate lasting solutions, actions and strategies from the very first coaching. My role as a life coach is the following:
You reap what you sow - I do believe in applying the principle of reaping what you sow in life. The coaching approach is one of developing actions and systems to help you achieve your goals and address your issues.
Challenging questions - I will ask questions to tease out key information all designed to move you forward.
Provide constant feedback - My role is to solely focus on you, support you, challenge and transform you. It does mean that I will frequently check in on you to ensure that you are making progress on the issues or goals you agreed to address.
Results focused - It is about helping you see the results that you desire from the free consultation meeting and throughout the coaching sessions.
Unexpected results - During our coaching sessions you will undoubtedly experience unexpected results you did not expect to have.
Return on investment - My clients have often commented that they begin to see return on investment from the first coaching session, pointing to how effective they have become and seeing tangible changes in their lives.

When coaching managers and individuals I undertake the following:
1. Setting the scene- We begin by getting to know you on a personal and professional level, develop and establish ground rules and objectives and ensure there is the right coach/coachee fit
2. We discuss and explore the current “as is” situation, finding out what you have tried.
3. We begin to discuss, explore and agree the “to be“ vision of your personal and professional life.
4. We discuss the range of options to enable you to achieve your objectives
5. We discuss and agree a plan to enable you to meet your objectives.
6. We discuss and identify a range of personal development tools, resources and best practices that will help you meet your objectives
In addition to using several coaching models, including GROW and FACTs, I also employ mindfulness and emotional intelligence techniques. When working with managers and individuals the ultimate aim is to help them develop a "can do" attitude to overcome life's challenges to become phenomenal and excellent.
