I am a Wellbeing and Confidence Life Coach.
Confidence coaching helps in many ways:

I also coach those with emotional eating issues - using a compassionate and holistic approach to address both the emotional issues and the eating / bingeing habits or auto-pilots. To make permanent change, both issues to be addressed -diet after diet just won't do it! You can find more details on my website.
In addition, I coach and offer support to adults with ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed) and the parents of children with ADHD. I have 19 years' experience of working with children with ADHD and have studied to increase my knowledge. For parents, coaching may take form of help with personal or family goals and coping strategies. For adults, I provide coaching and support - whether you have a diagnosis or simply suspect you have ADHD. I understand that your fabulous neuro-diverse brain works in its own way, so I tailor my coaching style for each individual, using that knowledge. You may want help with achieving future plans, with managing day-to-day or you may just want to talk and ask questions. All my coaching is flexible and client-led but these sessions can be as practical as you like. (Please note, I am not qualified to make a diagnosis.)

At least 9 sessions are required for Emotional Eating coaching. Sessions will be weekly for the first six and then fortnightly, although this depends upon progress and what suits each individual.
Please don't be afraid to ask about concessions.
Payment can be made by cash, card, bank transfer, cheque or Paypal.

Amanda, Colchester, September 2018: I have always thought that when faced with a problem there are two courses of action – fix the problem by myself or if I can’t, then just ignore it and hope it goes away.
When the opportunity for Life Coaching with Linda presented itself, I thought it would be interesting to give it a try but didn’t really expect to gain much from it. How wrong I was!
Linda has enabled me to explore areas of my life which I am finding difficult. Rather than just avoiding the things which are holding me back, Linda has supported me to reflect on what I might like to change and how I may be able to do this. She is so easy to talk to that I have not felt embarrassed or awkward. I find it difficult to ask for help, but Linda has made me feel that I am helping myself. She doesn’t give me ‘answers’ but has enabled me to view my feelings in a different way and consider alternatives.
Life Coaching may appear to be a ‘luxury’ but in our busy lives, knowing as we do the importance of good mental health, I think my sessions with Linda may actually be a necessity for my wellbeing.
P.S. Essex, October 2018: Linda made it very clear that any information shared would be held in the strictest confidence and explained what would happen clearly. At the beginning of each session I was greeted warmly and put at my ease, settling into a calm, quiet room. Linda has an easy friendly manner, listens carefully and asks pertinent questions to promote me thinking of a way through any issues that I have identified. Areas to focus on were decided on by me once an analysis of all areas of life had been charted. Linda supported my thinking rather than telling me what to do. It was a really useful experience for me and after only three sessions, I now give more time to sit and think through my options. My assessment of different areas of life had shifted after three.
