I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner and a Certified Clean Language Practitioner. I help guide people who are interested in personal development and want career coaching. They might at a cross roads or stuck and need help with confidence and self esteem issues. I can help them explore where they are, where they want to be and create a path to follow in the next stage of their lives. I walk alongside them as they discover their own powerful future. I work face to face, telephone or on skype.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have trained as a Certified NLP Practitioner, a Certified Master NLP Practitioner, a Clean Change Facilitator and trained in Hypnosis skills. I have been working over 10 years as a Coach and achieved illuminating and positive outcomes.
I work with people who want to push forward in their lives, release blocks and dare to live the life they really want. I help people with confidence and self esteem issues; guide people at cross roads when they might be stuck and I can help them explore and create the lives they want - those times of anxiety, stress, fear of life, health issues and sadness. People meet different challengs as they come to new phases in their lives and may need help to rediscover and boost their confidence – at times of career change, retirement, health issues, getting back to work, divorce, children leaving home, children going to university or just lack of direction and things not feeling right.

Everyone is different with their own histories and experiences so each session is tailored to the individual
The first session is usually about 75 minutes when we discuss what you would like to explore and how we would proceed. Future sessions are 60 minutes. I would expect to see someone for about four to six sessions. The first two sessions would probably be weekly, subsequent ones every two weeks or three weeks. It entirely depends on what is required and what you need at that time.

Monday to Friday
I have worked in radio and television, publishing and as a freelance journalist for national newspapers and magazines. I was stressed, burnt out and depressed. And I was ill. That was my wake up call and I realised it was time to change myself as well as my career. I have always been interested in people and I wish I had learned some of what I know now years earlier. I am grateful that I can help people with self confidence, self esteem, fear and anxiety issues that can crop up at different times in our lives.
I have deep respect for the people who come to me; it can take quite a lot simply to lift the phone. I find it a great priviledge to work alongside people and see their emotional and intellectual strengths come to the fore.
Having worked in the media to very tight deadlines, day after day, I know the stress that that can cause – at work and balancing home and career.
