About me
Hi, I’m Laura, a Life Coach based in London, supporting professionals and individuals who want to feel more confident, balanced, and fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.
I specialise in women’s empowerment and supporting people through the process of adapting to expat life. As an expat myself, I understand how challenging change and transition can feel — whether that’s moving to a new country, navigating uncertainty, rebuilding confidence, or trying to create a sense of balance and belonging.
Many of my clients come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure about their next steps. Together, we work to create clarity, strengthen confidence, improve work-life balance, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.
My professional background includes corporate recruitment, education, mental-health projects, and specialist mentoring for university students and professionals. I also have experience supporting individuals with dyslexia and neurodivergent challenges, helping people better understand their strengths and overcome barriers that may be holding them back.
My coaching style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I use practical coaching tools, including the GROW model, to help clients move forward with greater self-awareness, motivation, and direction.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
