About me
You may have built a successful career and still find yourself wondering, “What do I actually want now?”
Perhaps you’ve been made redundant, gone through a restructure, lost confidence, or simply reached a point where the career that once fitted you no longer feels right.
You might know that something needs to change, without yet knowing what that change looks like.
That is often where my clients find themselves when they come to coaching.
I help professionals navigate career crossroads with greater clarity and confidence. My work is not simply about helping you find another job. It is about helping you understand yourself better, what matters to you now, what you are good at, what gives you energy, and what you want the next chapter of your career to look like.
My own career has moved through marketing, recruitment, workforce planning, leadership and coaching. I have also experienced redundancy, career change, imposter syndrome and periods where I questioned what I wanted next.
Coaching had a significant impact on my own life. It helped me see possibilities I could not see clearly on my own, reconnect with my strengths and make more intentional career decisions. That experience inspired me to become a coach.
Today, I am an ICF accredited coach with more than 400 hours of coaching experience. I also bring over 20 years of experience working in recruitment, talent, workforce planning and leadership.
My coaching style is warm, thoughtful and practical. I will give you space to think, ask questions that help you look at things differently and gently challenge assumptions that may be keeping you stuck.
Together, we might explore your values, strengths, confidence, career identity, priorities and the possibilities available to you.
There is no expectation that you arrive with the answers.
Sometimes the most useful place to start is simply:
“I know I don’t want things to stay as they are.”
Career reinvention does not always mean starting again.
Sometimes it means reconnecting with who you are now, understanding what you want more of, and giving yourself permission to make a different choice.
My role is to help you see the potential and possibilities that can be difficult to see when you are standing in the middle of uncertainty.
