Career Transition & Leadership Confidence Coach

About me

Hi I'm Latasha,

I help capable individuals who look successful on paper to rebuild their confidence and make their next bold move.

I work with people who:

  • Feel quietly unfulfilled despite being capable and experienced
  • Are navigating change such as redundancy, career transition, or a professional crossroads
  • Want to rebuild confidence, clarity, and self-trust before making their next move
  • Are successful on paper but disconnected from their sense of purpose or direction
  • Are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and make choices that feel aligned and authentic

What coaching with me is like:

My coaching offers a calm, supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect, and listen inwardly. Many of those I work with are navigating change such as redundancy, career crossroads, or a growing sense that their current path no longer fits. Others arrive knowing they want more clarity, confidence, and direction, even if they cannot yet articulate exactly what that looks like.

I have a particular interest in supporting clients with ADHD and autism, especially those who have spent years trying to fit into environments not designed for how they naturally think and work at their best.

At the heart of my work is service. I walk alongside my clients as they make sense of their experiences, challenge long-held assumptions, and rebuild trust in themselves. Coaching with me is not about being fixed or pushed forward. It is about creating safety, insight, and self-belief so that meaningful and sustainable change can emerge.

Why I do this work:

Shine Your Light Coaching and Consultancy was created from a deep belief that when people feel heard, grounded, and connected to who they truly are, they make braver and more authentic choices. My role is to support that process with presence, curiosity, and care.

Client experiences and transformations:

If you’d like a sense of the transformations clients experience through coaching with me, please take a look at the photos and videos section of my profile, where I’ve shared client feedback and reflections.

Next steps:

If you are ready to move from feeling stuck or uncertain to feeling confident and in control, I would love to explore what clarity and confidence could look like for you. I offer a complimentary 45-minute video discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we can explore what you are navigating, what you would like to change, and whether coaching with me feels like the right fit. Please click on "Book Discovery Call” to book in, or via my Calendly here.

Let's shine your light on your next chapter. You do not have to figure it out alone.

How I work

I work in partnership with my clients, supporting them to explore what is happening beneath the surface, challenge long-held assumptions, and make sense of their experiences. Together, we focus on what truly matters to them, helping them move forward in ways that feel aligned, considered, and authentic.

Sessions are future-focused while remaining sensitive to the emotional realities clients may be navigating, particularly during periods of change, uncertainty, or transition. My role is to hold a steady, thoughtful space in which clients can reflect, gain perspective, and take confident next steps on their own terms.

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in ethical coaching practice.
