Hello! I’m Kelly and I’m a qualified coach. I love working 1-2-1 with clients to help them make positive changes and achieve real success.

I believe Coaching is the best development because it’s all about you – your goals, your plan and your actions. I work with individuals to help you shift your mindset and achieve those results in your life - for you, your family, your wellbeing, your career, and your organisation. 

I help my clients look at the bigger picture and take a holistic approach to their life, goals and ambitions.

Professionally, I’m a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and I’m a Chartered Member of the CIPD with 20 years of experience in HR. I’m an expert in career development, leadership, and personal growth.

Personally, I’m a mother of two, a wife, daughter and friend. I know what it’s like to lead a full and busy life. I get it. The requests come from all angles and we’re always trying to keep everyone happy and achieve our own goals too. I work with clients to help them achieve some calm in the chaos and enjoy life.
