About me
As a coach, I have been privileged to work with a wide range of individuals in terms of their seniority, industry sector and social background. This includes C - suite executives in finance, computing and the communications industry. I have extensive experience with clients in the NHS including consultant oncologists and cardiologists as well as senior nursing staff and NHS link workers (I am currently a member of the dedicated body of coaches available for aspiring Medical Directors within the NHS).
I have also coached former prisoners and homeless clients to support them in re-entering the workplace and securing safe accommodation.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and I am an NLP Master Practitioner. I am currently working towards ICF accreditation with Henley Business School.
My career has given me deep insight into leadership and management capability development, especially within professional services, target setting, product development, collaboration, and delivering high‑quality work. I value strong internal and external relationships and understand the importance of personal brand.
As a coach, I support clients across all seniority levels, drawing on my experience in demanding environments. I aim to act as a trusted ‘thinking partner’, providing a safe, non‑judgmental space to explore professional and personal challenges.
I qualified as a barrister in 1991 and was called to the Bar of the Inner Temple in 1993. I served as an in‑house advocate for HMRC, appearing regularly in magistrates’ courts, before moving into corporate defence within tax investigations at Dechert LLP. I later held roles at KPMG, EY, and Halliwells LLP and then qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
In 2008, I co‑founded a tax investigations and consultancy practice with a former KPMG tax partner, specialising in complex tax litigation, where I continue to serve as co‑director.

Additional information
I offer a package of 4-6 sessions per package.
Individual coaching sessions are invoiced and payable in advance of the session. Packaged coaching work is invoiced in advance for a set number of sessions, as discussed and agreed with you prior to any coaching sessions commencing. Where coaching services are retained on an ongoing basis, we will discuss and agree the best payment solutions to meet the circumstances.
Invoices can be paid either by secure credit or debit card payment or by bank transfer.
I will only retain fees where clients are satisfied with the services provided. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with my coaching services, you just need to tell within 48 hours of completing the session and I will provide you with a full refund for that session.

“Keith’s coaching was genuinely transformative for me. At a point where I was questioning whether I could continue in my role long term, he helped me step back and understand much more clearly what was and wasn’t working for me professionally. With clarity, insight and compassion, he helped me identify the changes I needed to make and put practical strategies in place to create a much more sustainable and fulfilling way of working. The impact on both my professional life and wellbeing has been enormous, and I’m now thriving in a way I genuinely didn't think was possible at the time. I’ve already recommended him to many colleagues and would highly recommend him to others navigating demanding leadership or clinical careers.
