About me
I’m a Nature-based Well-being coach specialising in walk-and-talk coaching because some of the best conversations don’t happen face to face - they happen side by side.
Through Macc Coaching, I support women who are navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply ready for something more - whether that’s confidence, direction, or space to think clearly.
My approach is grounded, practical, and gently challenging, helping you move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
I work mainly outdoors, also run small group net-walking sessions for women, creating a relaxed way to reflect, connect, and grow alongside others.
With a Level 7 coaching qualification and a background in learning and development, I bring both professional experience and a down-to-earth, real-life approach. If you’re ready to take the next step, feel free to get in touch.
