About me
Hi, I'm Kate. I am a transformative coach who supports individuals to shift mindset, build resilience, and gain clarity, whether you're feeling stuck, navigating change, or looking to get more from your life.
I have spent 26 years as a lawyer so I understand the pressures that a demanding role can bring. I suffered a stress-related burnout in 2014. I wish I’d had the tools to thrive under pressure, I just didn’t.
With the help of my own coach, I made the decision to change direction, and I now helps others find balance and fulfilment without needing to make drastic life changes. My coaching offers practical tools to support wellbeing, confidence, and performance, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
As well as coaching, I offer tuition in meditation, mindfulness and breath work. Often, the most effective way of working with me is to blend the two. So my coaching journeys are bespoke to your individual needs.
Transformative Coaching
My coaching style is thoughtful, calm and purposeful, creating a safe space for you to think, reflect and grow. I lead with compassion, and I will gently challenge you to unlock new thinking, and to take action.

I will support you outside of the coaching space by sharing recommendations for further support, practical material such as access to audio meditations and courses, and we will keep in touch via email in between sessions.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Whether you are a complete beginner or wish to deepen your practice, I can support you to gain calm and clarity. I aim to give you the tools that you need to address your personal objectives which may include, but not be limited to the following:
- reduce stress
- increase confidence
- improve sleep
- lower inflammation
- address emotional pain
- address physical pain
- establish purpose
- reduce anxiety and the effect of anxiety in the body
When you work with me you will experience a blend of mindfulness, breathing techniques, and meditation to give you a foundation. You will then progress your own meditation practice, and be encouraged to complete different activities in your own time to get the best results.
The combination of mindfulness, meditation and coaching is incredibly powerful. Only when you get to truly know yourself can you drive change.
I am here to guide you and share some of my learning so that you can live the life you truly want.
In my free time I very much enjoy open water swimming, cooking plant-based food, and roller skating.

Prices vary depending on your bespoke journey. Perhaps you simply wish to start by learning meditation and mindfulness. Or perhaps you want to get stuck in and combine the two. Choose from 6 or 12 sessions, blended according to your requirements.
