About us
You've tried meditation, time management courses, listening to podcasts, weight loss regimes, gym membership, setting boundaries and yet, you're still stuck in "shoulds", "I'm trying very hard" and guilt. You still feel that something is off and you're simply not happy.
I've been there and I've worked with dozens women (and a few men) who felt lost, who kept asking themselves "what's wrong with me?" and "who am I?". Women (and men) who didn't know how to put their needs first without feeling guilty, who felt overwhelmed with day-to-day tasks that kept piling up without end result. With women who felt tired before the day even started.
I don't teach you to create a to do list and have a bath so you can feel you took care of yourself.
I teach you:
Self-compassion.
Self-kindness.
Boundaries - with others and yourself.
Healthy relationships with others (and yourself).
Questioning the habits and beliefs that keep you stuck.
Letting go of the need to constantly prove your worth.
So you feel healthier, happier and more energised.
My philosophy is simple: “Chocolate first, spinach later”. 🍫 😁

A FEW TESTIMONIALS:
Thank you for the help and advice that you have given me it is very much appreciated. (...)
PS. I think your daughter is very lucky to have a mother like you. - Stuart
A big thank you for all the wellbeing coaching sessions. You definitely came to my life at the right time. I appreciate all your thoughts, nudges-in-the-right direction and general support over the last few months. I really feel I’ve made some positive steps forward thanks to your input. - Emily
The sessions with Karolina enabled me to look at my life from a totally new perspective. Karolina is a fantastic coach, who through her brilliant choice of words and tools was allowing me to recognise my weaknesses and hidden barriers. The questions she was asking helped me to open up and consciously look at what was blocking me for years. I now know that the pressure I was putting on myself led me to guilt; guilt that is degenerative.
Thank you once again for your help. I recommend working with Karolina; get rid of the barriers that are blocking your happiness in life. - Peter
It was a very positive experience. It really made me question my thoughts and behaviours for the better. It helped me understand how my thoughts affect productivity and motivation and how to implement really practical tools to prioritise and realise what I can or cannot control. Also, to realise that my struggles are not that unusual. I also gained new realisations that my self care should be high up of the to do list rather than not even committing it to the list. I found Karolina very approachable, warm, friendly, helpful and understanding. Thank you - Anna
