About me
I am a qualified ADHD Coach with a Master's degree in Psychology and a deep understanding of neurodiversity, particularly ADHD, Autism & DCD. With over 20 years of experience in the education sector and a prior career in publishing, I bring a broad and informed perspective to my coaching work. I'm an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.
As someone with ADHD myself, I understand both the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergent thinking. My mission is to help others replace shame with self-love and acceptance and maybe swap that pile of “to-do” lists for an actual system that works.
I work closely with clients to celebrate their quirks, lean into their strengths, and design a life that feels like it was made for them. My coaching is bespoke, tailored to your brain, your goals, and your way of thinking, with practical tools, compassionate understanding, and the occasional giggle along the way.
