About me
Whether you're looking to make a career change, build confidence, become a more effective leader, or navigate a period of change in your life, coaching offers the opportunity to pause, reflect and move forward with clarity.
Perhaps you're feeling stuck, navigating a significant change, questioning your next step, or simply recognising that something isn't working in the way it once did. Whatever has brought you here, coaching provides the time and space to step back from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with what matters most, and make decisions with greater confidence and purpose.
Our coaching conversations are shaped around you... your goals, your values and the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll create the space to think more clearly, explore different perspectives and identify practical, achievable steps that move you towards the life or career you want. My aim is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of direction.
Drawing on over 13 years' experience in HR, alongside my work as a leadership, career and life coach, I bring an understanding of both the personal and professional challenges people face. I also specialise in neuro-inclusive coaching, adapting my approach to suit the way you think, communicate and experience the world. Whether our conversations focus on your career, leadership, relationships, confidence or wellbeing, my aim is to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, challenged and empowered to move forward.

Neuro-inclusive Coaching
I recognise that everyone thinks, learns and processes information differently. My coaching is neuro-inclusive, meaning I adapt my approach to suit you rather than expecting you to fit a particular coaching model.
Whether you're neurodivergent, exploring a possible diagnosis, or simply find that traditional approaches haven't worked for you, our sessions will be tailored to the way you think and work best. Together, we'll create practical strategies that build on your strengths, reduce unnecessary barriers and help you achieve your goals in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
What this means in practice:
- A coaching approach tailored to how you think and process information
- A flexible, strengths-based approach
- Practical strategies that work with you, not against you
- A supportive, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself

Other areas of coaching I deal with
Self-discovery is a core element of my coaching, providing the clarity needed to make informed, intentional changes. To support this, I offer optional, evidence-based tools that can be integrated into our work together to provide a more objective view of your strengths:
- DISC Profiling: As a certified practitioner, I use this psychometric tool to help you understand your natural behavioural style, management preferences, and communication strengths. It is particularly effective for those looking to improve workplace relationships or lead teams more effectively.
- 360-Feedback: This process gathers perspectives from peers, managers, and direct reports to offer a holistic view of your leadership presence. It is a powerful way to celebrate your strengths, identify "blind spots," and develop a targeted strategy for professional growth.
These tools are not "tests," but rather springboards for our sessions, enhancing your self-awareness and providing a clear data point for your development.
