About me
I’m an experienced life and wellbeing coach with a strong record of helping individuals overcome personal challenges and achieve lasting growth. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression or low mood and low confidence, relationship problems, ADHD and difficulty managing emotions.
Coaching with me is built on a robust foundation of both professional accreditation and invaluable lived experience. What truly sets my approach apart is my extensive 'Expert by Experience' background. This isn't just theory; it's the wisdom gleaned from navigating challenges first-hand, understanding the nuances of personal growth, and applying practical strategies to overcome obstacles.
Together, we will delve deep into understanding the core of any issue you're facing. Our approach isn't about simply "fixing" a problem in isolation; instead, we aim to uncover its roots and develop sustainable solutions. We achieve this by examining the situation from a bird's-eye view, which allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique circumstances.
A cornerstone of my expertise lies in my profound understanding of neurodiversity, and the simple reality of being human. I understand when you're feeling not great or are struggling with the feeling that you're not enough. Life inevitably throws challenges our way, and while you may not believe in yourself in those tough moments. This deep, personal insight allows me to connect with you on a truly meaningful level, tailoring my comprehensive skill set to your specific needs.
If you're seeking a coach who truly understands and values your unique path, I invite you to free book a discovery call with me. Let's explore how we can work together to unlock your strengths and create the life you envision.

My background
My passion for coaching ignited early, at just 12 years old, not because I sought it out, but because everyone else’s 'agony' was on display. Throughout my adolescence and young adulthood, people - friends, family, and even acquaintances were consistently coming up to me, instinctively seeking my opinion and advice. I’ve been a 'sounding board' and a trusted confidante my entire life.
It was this consistent experience of guiding others and seeing the positive outcomes that led to a pivotal realisation: I was providing something of significant value, a skill set and perspective that people needed. That’s when I formally pursued coaching, initially with friends and family, where we consistently achieved remarkable breakthroughs, and then into the professional arena.
