Further information
My online coaching is relatively traditional in format unless otherwise requested.
If you wish, however, I have a broad knowledge of the natural world and the UK’s wildlife, and I am an amateur artist and writer. I draw on evidence and experience of combining creativity and time in nature to support wellbeing, and, when invited, brings this into the coaching space. With a special interest in practical mindfulness for busy people I help others to deepen self-awareness, and explore how nature connection can enhance wellbeing. By arrangement (for individuals or for small groups) I offer coaching out in nature, either walking or in a walled garden space.
