What I offer:

I help ambitious, motivated people who are at a turning point in their lives take the steps and action they need to live a fulfilled and purposeful life that they deserve. If you are reading this, I guess it's the right time. 

As a certified MBIT coach I empower my clients to live to their highest potential and become the best version of themselves.

Together, we look to address personal and professional sticking points so that clarity can be brought to the situation. We will set clear goals and identify obstacles that are holding you back from achieving your desired outcome. You must know your destination, otherwise, how do you know you are on the right path. We can achieve this by gaining a clear vision on what you want from life, understand why you are feeling stuck and create small steps to find a way forward to happiness. 

Establishing your core values will enable you to live a more balanced and peaceful life with a new sense of freedom. You will be able to reconnect with who you really are underneath all of your learned behaviours and roles that you have had to play. By untangling the confusion and chaos in your mind you will be able to experience a new feeling of wellbeing, mentally, physically and spiritually. You will start living more authentically in your life by creating balance and setting boundaries to protect your wellbeing. 

You don't need to struggle alone. By working with the right coach you can find a fresh perspective and live life on YOUR terms. Once you know clearly what those terms are. 

How I work:

My role as a coach is to listen deeply and respectfully so you can find the answers within yourself. I work in a structured way but also allow my clients to guide their sessions to go where needed to get the best results for them. I will support, guide and challenge you, holding you accountable but, also inspire and empathise with you. I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment where trust is key because, if you are going to share your biggest, boldest dreams and your deepest fears with someone, the trust element is vital. I will not tell you what to do. I will support, encourage and motivate you to find the answers within yourself and, you do have them.

The Process: 

Firstly, we meet for your free one hour consultation either in person or via zoom. This is to establish if we are the right fit for each other as it is imperative to have the right client/coach connection. If I feel that I am not in a position to help I will happily refer you to someone I think is more suitable. However, if we do decide to work together the next stage is to arrange fortnightly sessions between 60-90 minutes over a 3 month period with full support in-between via WhatsApp or email.

I work with my clients for a minimum of 3 months with fortnightly sessions lasting between 60-90 minutes, either in person or online. I also offer support in-between the sessions via whatsApp or email as and when needed.
