Jenny Butter - Accredited Master Coach l Career l Life l Transition
I work with job seekers and dissatisfied professionals to identify, find, and land their perfect role so they enjoy their work. My coaching is highly active; it starts with self-awareness and ends with clients being able to obtain a 'right fit' job and life balance so they become energised, fulfilled and thrive. Clients consistently provide excellent and exciting feedback and reviews.
Expert: An Accredited Master Coach with significant experience of career, transition, redundancy, career change, strengths and life coaching. Only 1% of coaches in the UK are professionally accredited and of that 1%, just a handful at master level.
Clients come from all walks of life - Business owners to charity workers; leaders to volunteers; recent graduates to retired. Both private clients and organisations consistently give excellent feedback.
“Jenny is a great career coach. She helped me in so many ways and before the end of our sessions, I found a job. Thank you, Jenny”. Iva Radojkovic.
"I found Jenny after looking at a LOT of coaches online. I checked her website against others in and around the South of England and the more I read, the more comfortable I felt. After the first session with Jenny, I felt my spirits lifted. After the second session, I saw everything going up. And since then I have felt on top of the world. I genuinely don’t think I’d of been able to do this without Jenny’s help. Look no further than Epiphany Life Coaching. 5*" Alex Stride
Each session is tailored. Some clients prefer to focus on just life or career coaching and others prefer to have a combination of both. Each person is unique and requires different input from me.
With organisations, I provide outplacement, personal development, and staff coaching as well as run strengths-based development workshops for managers and teams, based on Gallup's Clifton Strengthsfinder.
If you want a new direction or career change we find out your strengths using the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. In fact, Gallup has found that “people who do have the opportunity to focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life in general.”
Are you feeling unsatisfied with life? This could be because what you care about has not been articulated or linked to what you are doing. Knowing your values equips you to take the right action. One of my clients who was unhappy in all areas of his life discovered that he was in the right job role, just not in the right organisation or location… 'I feel like a new person, the sideways move was definitely worth it.'
Tools and confidence
Sessions can include personal brand, CV review, and development, LinkedIn profiles, networking tips as well as job interview techniques and practice.
Many clients live and work overseas, or elsewhere in the UK, and so I coach via Skype or Zoom. If you are local we can meet face to face in Steyning.
It is very important, when choosing a coach, that you work with someone you feel happy with. Coaching is based on trust and honesty. I always spend time chatting with potential clients first, so we can get to know each other and get an idea of how we can work together.

Jenny helped me establish exactly why I was unhappy in my previous job, what kind of work would suit me best and gave me all the confidence I needed to do my best at an interview when I felt very low emotionally. She was utmost professional, understanding, flexible, efficient and prepared at all times. I highly recommend Jenny’s coaching to anybody who wants to achieve success.” Oksana D, Cambridgeshire.
