I provide effective and targeted coaching, enabling clients to land a right-fit role, perform, and thrive at work and home.
As an Accredited Fellow Coach and an Accredited Fellow Mentor—the highest level you can attain in the profession—I bring years of industry insight and job market knowledge to my coaching sessions.
I consistently enable clients to gain clarity in who they are and what they want to accomplish career-wise or job-wise, and then build confidence with tools, techniques, and best practices so they can achieve it. And they do.
As someone who fully believes that work and life have to be in harmony, my coaching also covers which career choices are right for current and future seasons of life, and we can work together to improve well-being and motivation during times of transition.

ABOUT ME: Before becoming a coach, I worked as a BBC radio producer and reporter and was a PR professional with the Christian international aid and development agency, World Vision. I have lived in The Seychelles, Sri Lanka, and New York, and currently live in West Sussex in the UK.
