About me
I work with high-functioning professionals, leaders, and business owners who are outwardly successful but privately sense that how they are operating is no longer working.
My approach is identity-based behaviour change coaching, which works at the level of who you are, not just what you do.
Most coaching focuses on goals, habits, and accountability. I work underneath that, with the patterns, beliefs, and regulation strategies that drive your behaviour in the first place.
I use a framework called the 4 Behaviour Archetypes (The Over-Functioner, The High-Performing Avoider, The Quiet Controller, The Escaper) to identify how someone manages pressure, and what needs to shift for lasting change. I work online via Zoom with clients across the UK and internationally.

Further information
I do not offer free discovery calls. Every first conversation is a paid Deep Dive session, a structured 75-minute session where we identify the core patterns driving your behaviour and map out what needs to shift. This structure exists because the work begins in the first conversation, not after it. If you move forward into ongoing coaching, the Deep Dive fee is credited in full toward your package. I work with individuals who are ready to do honest, structured work, not just talk about change.
My team includes Candice Winterboer (Somatic and Trauma-Informed Coach, ICF-accredited) and Glyn Manginsay-Gourguechon (Client Success and Facilitation Support).
