About me
AuDHD Nourished | Nourishing the Whole You: Nutrition, Nervous System & Neuro-Identity
Are you a late-identified AuDHD woman who feels perpetually exhausted by traditional "selfcare", diet culture, and rigid productivity advice? Have you spent years masking, pushing through relentless cycles of burnout, or struggling with executive dysfunction, sensory overload, and food fatigue?
I’m Jade Morrison, a HCPC Registered Dietitian, Specialist AuDHD Coach, and the founder of AuDHD Nourished™.
My practice bridges elite clinical expertise with radical, neuroaffirming compassion. I work specifically with neurodivergent women who discover they are AuDHD later in life, to help you unlearn shame, honour your nervous system, and build a sustainable, low demand lifestyle.
How We Work Together
Most coaching models expect you to squeeze yourself into standard, neurotypical boxes. My work is grounded in my signature framework: The Just Enough Theory™.
We completely reject all or nothing standards and adapt every strategy, habit, and daily rhythm to fit you, your capacity, and your sensory profile, never the other way around. Whether we are navigating executive function blocks, recovering from carer or sensory burnout, building gentle routines, or healing your relationship with food, my goal is to give you a safe, gentle space to move from reactive survival mode into authentic self-acceptance and nourishment.
Training, qualifications & experience
I view every client journey through a unique dual lens. Professionally, I bring over 15 years of senior clinical leadership within healthcare, eating disorder and neurodevelopmental pathways. Personally, I bring authentic lived experience as a late-identified AuDHD woman and mum to a neurodivergent child with complex needs.

Other areas of coaching I deal with
Specialist Clinical Areas:
AuDHD & Dual Neurotype Care: Navigating the complex internal friction where Autistic needs (routine, predictability, low-sensory environments) collide with ADHD needs (novelty, dopamine seeking, dynamic pacing).
Neurodivergent Nutrition & Food Fatigue: As a HCPC Registered Dietitian, I support clients with sensory food sensitivities, executive dysfunction in the kitchen, appetite dysregulation, and healing from rigid diet culture.
Somatic Health & Sensory Regulation: Identifying individual sensory profiles and implementing zero prep, low-demand "circuit breakers" to regulate the autonomic nervous system during daily transitions.
Late-Identified Unmasking & Identity: Guiding late-diagnosed women through the grief, reframe, and unlearning process, moving away from neurotypical self-blame toward authentic self-compassion.
The Just Enough Theory™ Framework: Adapting daily habits, recovery rhythms, and nourishment strategies to fit your actual physiological capacity, rather than forcing high demand perfection.
