About me

Hi, I'm Jack Longton

I am a structured and results-focused life coach specialising in personal development, confidence, self-esteem, behaviour change and performance in demanding professional environments.

I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed or held back by patterns such as self-doubt, stress, overthinking, inconsistency, low confidence or difficulty following through. This may include people navigating career pressure, leadership responsibility, relationship challenges, ADHD-related organisation and focus difficulties, or periods of personal transition where clarity and direction feel harder to access.

My approach combines clear coaching frameworks with practical, real-world application. I help clients identify what is driving their current challenges, understand the patterns behind their behaviour, and translate insight into consistent, measurable action. By focusing on stability, emotional regulation and behavioural consistency, I support clients in building self-trust, improving decision-making and developing the confidence to move forward with greater purpose.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I offer a clear online pathway for support.

I also support professionals, managers and leaders with career development, executive coaching, leadership confidence, communication under pressure and sustainable performance. My background in leadership, sales, customer-facing environments and workplace wellbeing allows me to bring a grounded, practical perspective to clients who want to perform well without burning themselves out.

My work is evidence-informed, structured and action-focused. Coaching with me is designed to create sustainable, long-term change by helping you build the habits, mindset and self-awareness needed to feel clearer, steadier and more in control of your next steps.

Further information

My private coaching practice is built around a structured, forward-focused methodology designed to help clients create clarity, confidence and sustainable behavioural change.

I work with clients through a practical coaching process that explores where they are now, what is keeping them stuck, what needs to stabilise, and what actions will create meaningful progress. This often includes work around self-trust, emotional regulation, confidence, decision-making, habits, accountability, relationships, career direction and personal development.

Sessions are designed to be reflective but action-focused. We do not just talk about the problem. We identify patterns, create practical next steps, and build consistency through clear commitments and accountability. The aim is to help clients understand themselves better, make stronger decisions and move forward with more purpose.

I offer coaching online via video call and, where appropriate, in person across the North West. Coaching can be delivered as one-off sessions, pay-as-you-go support, or structured 3 and 6 month coaching programmes depending on the client’s goals and level of support required.

Alongside individual coaching, I also partner with organisations to strengthen performance, resilience and communication in customer-facing and high-pressure environments.

I work with sales, service, leadership and customer-facing teams where communication, confidence, emotional regulation and consistency directly influence customer experience and team performance.

I offer flexible delivery formats including one-to-one coaching, workshops, lunch and learns, team sessions and structured development programmes. Organisational sessions can be delivered online, in person across the North West, or at client premises and suitable workplace/community venues.

My approach is practical, structured and results-focused. I combine coaching frameworks, behavioural insight and real-world workplace experience to help individuals and teams translate learning into measurable improvements in day-to-day performance.

The focus is always on useful, applicable change, including communication under pressure, confidence, accountability, stress management, leadership development and sustainable performance without burnout.
