About me
Are you on the edge of burnout?
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It builds over time as you push through exhaustion, stretch yourself beyond your limits, juggle too many balls at once. Rest feels impossible. Life feels too much.
I’ve helped neurodivergent individuals find room to breathe at this breaking point. So, I get it. Burnout hits differently when your brain is wired for more.
Overwhelmed by the demands of life and barely making it through each day?
You wake up feeling you’re behind. Your to-do list is endless. No matter how hard you try, it’s not enough. You know you’re smart, capable, but nothing seems to ease the burden.
I’m here to tell you that you don’t need more willpower. You just need strategies that work for your brain. And that’s where I come in.
Wishing you finally had a grip on your life?
Imagine waking up with clarity. Feeling like “I’ve got this.” Knowing what to do and actually doing it. Life doesn’t have to be a continuous struggle. It can be more than just ‘manageable’. It can be thrilling!
As we work together, you’ll move from chaos to clarity. From frustration to flow. From burnout to balance. Let’s make life work for you!
I help neurodiverse brains overcome challenges like:
- Too many passions, too many plans, too little follow-through
- Constantly feeling behind, no matter how hard you try
- Forcing yourself into productivity methods that seem to work for everyone else but not you
- Struggling to know exactly where to begin
- Time management issues - unable to properly assess how long things actually take and always playing catch up
- Exhausting cycles of hyperfocus→ burnout→ crash→ repeat
- Relationship tensions - because you have forgotten to do what you promised, been late etc.
- Living in reaction mode, always firefighting, never getting ahead
- Dealing with low confidence, and a nagging sense of failure
- And more…
Any of those sound familiar?
Here’s what I want you to know: you’re not lazy, you’re not failing, and you’re definitely not alone.
These challenges you’ve been struggling with are real, and they’re not your fault. Things like task initiation, working memory overload, decision paralysis, time blindness, emotional dysregulation, and burnout cycles are common for neurodivergent people.
I know this because I have both studied and lived it.
I know what it’s like to feel as if your life is slipping through your fingers. You’re smart, capable, and creative. You just need a different approach.
I’ve lived most of my life not knowing I had ADHD. I struggled. I compensated. I often fell short despite my many efforts, and thought I was somehow responsible, that it was my fault. When I was finally diagnosed a few years ago, things began to made sense, the pieces finally clicked into place. I took a deep dive, learning all that I could about my unique brain, what I needed to function at my best, what I needed to thrive. I was already certified as a life coach, but began my ADHD coach training to gain more knowledge that I could impart to others dealing with similar challenges.
I would love to help you design an approach that’s unique to you. Together, we’ll build tools and systems that actually make sense for how you think, process, and function. Say goodbye to the days of forcing yourself into a one-size-fits-all solution. See you later, guilt. So long burnout cycles.
Invite more ease. Say hello to clarity. Cozy up to confidence. Make room for the life you know you’re capable of living.
Let’s make life feel more than just 'manageable'.
If you’re ready to stop just getting by and start feeling inspired, I’d love to support you. Book a free discovery call and let’s find your way forward. Or email me here.

Client testimonials:
“Iwona is so refreshing to work with. She’s bold, smart, and compassionate. She’s one of the few people in my life who aren’t afraid to tell me the things I need to hear…but that’s because she both understands and knows that I need to hear it. Even still, she doesn’t let me take myself too seriously, which makes our conversations just as joyful as they are challenging. She has helped me come to actually believe that I am worthy of rest, that I can advocate for my needs, and am deserving of self-compassion. Because, let’s be honest, that’s half the battle. Since working with her, I can confidently say that I am not on anyone else’s timeline and that alone makes me feel tons lighter. Living with ADHD comes with inherent challenges. I’m thankful that Iwona has helped also see the beauty of this brain I have.”
-Ms. J, USA
"Iwona is a very observant, perceptive and gentle coach, providing the right balance of support and challenge. She is a very good listener, allowing a safe space to reflect upon whatever is going on in my life at the moment, guiding the self exploration process with spot on questions."
-Saara, Finland
“Iwona helped me make some important life decisions as well as resolve some everyday issues. I suffer from complex PTSD and I have Autism. When I become anxious, I am unable to think logically and make rational decisions. Her incisive questions helped me to gain clarity on what I really wanted, and how I could achieve it.”
-Ewa, Poland
"Iwona is supremely skilled at holding an empathetic, caring space so I can take off my armour and not “have it all together” so that I can identify areas for growth. Her cheerful assertiveness gently calls me out of complacency + into forward movement, realizing my strengths + capabilities. She has a zeal for helping women create a foundation on which to thrive independently so they show up as their authentic, best selves in community."
-Raven, USA
"Working with Iwona as my coach has made a profound impact on me and my business. Thanks to her guidance, I can now see more clearly what my business focus is to be, what comes first as a priority, and what the next steps forward are. Iwona has supported but also challenged me along the way to foster my growth and empower my success."
-Plamen, Romania
"The focus of my work with Iwona was on what I could do to have a happier, more fulfilling life. She helped me become aware of how strict and unforgiving I was towards myself and how I could move towards being kinder and more understanding instead. This self-awareness has been invaluable. I was able to get in touch with my deeper wants, and needs without worrying that I will be judged or rejected."
-Magda, UK
