About us
I, Steph Scholes am the CEO & Founder of Inspiration Coaching and Support Ltd. I empower individuals to transform their lives by stepping into their authentic self through positive action and accountability. As a dedicated life coach, I offer a range of services tailored to meet diverse needs, including:
- One-to-One Coaching: Personalised sessions to address your unique challenges and goals.
- Group Communities: Collaborative and supportive environments to foster collective growth and shared learning.
- Workshops: Interactive sessions on health and wellbeing, as well as specialised topics such as menopause. These workshops are available for both community groups and corporate settings.
- Wellbeing Circles: 1.5 hour events to support positive mental health, calmness & serenity utilsing meditation, healing modalities and sharing.
- Retreats: Day retreats, overnight retreats and longer term retreats across the UK and further afield in support of finding your higher authenticity. Please see Eventbrite for further details.

1:1 Coaching fees are £120 per 1 hour session.
Wellbeing circles & community based workshops are £20p/p plus booking fee
Corporate packages start at £599
Retreats vary depending upon location, accommodation, programme and length of retreat. Day retreats start at £99 plus booking fee.
Discounts may apply for block bookings and payment schedules available for no additional cost.
