You feel as though you cannot switch off, your brain is in constant overdrive, second guessing every decision. The responsibility of holding everything together feels like too much as you long for someone to hold space for you. This can be facilitated through:

1:1 Coaching fees are £125 per 1 hour session.
Circles & community based workshops are £25 p/p
Womb Healing Ceremonies £44.44
Corporate packages start at £599
Retreats vary depending upon location, accommodation, programme and length of retreat. Day retreats start at £149 plus booking fee.
Discounts may apply for block bookings and payment schedules available for no additional cost.
