About me

If you are reading this, chances are either you, or someone you know has reached a crossroads in your lives and is struggling with how to take the next step.

Over the years Hope Therapy has supported hundreds of people to find solutions to many of life’s most demanding professional and home-based challenges.

Before founding Hope Therapy, I worked for over 25 years in Senior Management and Directorial Positions, ranging from small organisations through to some of the largest companies in the country. During this period in my life, I was given a first-hand opportunity to observe the real-life challenges that people face both at home and work.

I now run a busy Life Coaching, Counselling and CBT Practice, offering professional and private face-to-face solutions across Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire or UK wide via Skype.

The Hope Team consists of fully qualified Counsellors, Therapists or Coaches, depending on what you are looking for support with. We offer a professional specialist service, both independent and separate from your everyday life.

During your sessions, we will work with you to identify your aim or goal, and any blocks, which are standing in your way. Sessions then focusing on your progress, understanding how to overcome the blocks and increasing your confidence levels.

As we offer both Coaching and Therapeutic services, we can bring in techniques and approaches from a wide variety of disciplines depending on your needs.

We help you to find solutions that are right for you.

Please have a look at our website for more information - www.hopefulminds.co.uk and please do get in touch.
