About me
Hi, I’m Holly. I’m a specialist coach for adults with ADHD.
I support people to understand their ADHD brain, connect with their authentic selves, and empower themselves to manage their ADHD effectively with new coping strategies and long-term skills.
I'm here to partner with you on a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and growth, helping you tap into the strengths that come with your unique brain wiring and live a more fulfilling life.
I know firsthand the daily struggles, overwhelm, and frustration that can arise when living with ADHD.
However, I also know the immense joy, creativity, and resilience that individuals with ADHD possess.
Together, we will navigate the challenges and embrace the opportunities that come with an ADHD brain.
What my clients say
“Holly's coaching not only changed my life it saved me, its improved my life in ways that cannot be measured, its improved my relationship with my wife and kids. I am now the best version of me i have ever been and thanks to Holly i keep on improving too because she has fully equipped me with the tools and confidence.”
"The most helpful thing was your kindness and how carefully you listened to me. Your questions were on point, inspiring more in-depth insight. I felt like I had the full agency over what problems I wanted to solve and what outcome I'd like get as a result. You were very supportive, but never overbearing, so I felt empowered and independent."
"Your kind words and support have enabled me to take some bold steps towards my new future career. Words can not describe how grateful I am for this. I have been on an epic journey of self discovery, learnt so much and feel so empowered for my next chapter.”

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a certificate in Laser Coaching from an ICF accredited coaching course, and am working towards obtaining my AAC credential.
I love the Laser Focused approach because it means I get to go deeper with you. I’ll invite you to build curiosity and resilience, get comfortable with the uncomfortable and dive into questions about the things that really matter like desires, values, beliefs, mindset and identity. That way, you can experience more profound shifts that get to the core of the issue and ripple out into other areas of your life, rather than just applying a band-aid to each problem.
And I’ve also been trained in ADHD Coaching in-house at The ADHD Advocate, and have facilitated peer support groups through The ADHD Collective.
I also have experience coaching clients who have both ADHD and Autism or Dyslexia. I have a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism and have undertaken The Inside of Autism training from The Autistic Advocate.
In addition, I’ve attended two ICF-accredited courses with Coaches Rising. The Neuroscience of Change added science-based protocols like somatic techniques to my tool belt, as well as an understanding of the science of how we stay stuck or grow. And the Symphony of Self course added Internal Family Systems (IFS) or “parts work” to my approach, which is a powerful tool for better self-awareness, emotional regulation, and decision making.

How long as sessions?
I work in 60 minute sessions as this is what I find to be most effective.
How often are sessions?
I start all new clients with weekly sessions. This helps build momentum, self-accountability, and trust in the process. Once you feel more confident, you can switch to ad hoc sessions if needed.
I do not begin new coaching relationships with less frequent sessions (e.g. fortnightly/monthly). In my experience, it can disrupt your progress and make it harder for you to create lasting change.
But there is the option to move to less frequent once that feels right for your needs.
How many sessions do I need?
Most people book between 12 and 24 sessions (about 3-6 months of support). You can add extra sessions during your package if you wish.
I do not recommend fewer than 12 sessions. In my opinion, shorter coaching runs can create unrealistic expectations and unnecessary pressure for both of us. Whilst coaching is a short-term intervention, it is not a quick fix. Building new habits and strategies takes time, especially for the range of challenges most ADHDers bring to coaching.
If you want significant change but can only commit to a small number of sessions, I am probably not the right coach for you. I would also encourage caution with anyone who promises major results in a handful of sessions!
How much are sessions?
I charge £160 per session for my weekly sessions.
Ad hoc sessions may be priced differently (see below).
What if I can't afford it?
I totally get it - for a lot of people the rates most trained ADHD coaches charge just aren’t accessible.
Whilst I am not currently able to offer sliding scale rates for my weekly sessions, I can suggest the following options:
- Many of my clients cover the full cost of their sessions using an Access to Work grant from the DWP. If your ADHD impacts you at work and you're either employed, self-employed or starting a business, you're probably eligible. For more info see my website.
- I am happy to arrange an instalment plan that suits you, to help spread the cost.
- If you've already completed a package of weekly coaching with me and are ready to switch to ad hoc, but cannot afford my standard rate for further sessions (e.g. if your funding grant ends or your finances change), I can offer you unlimited ad hoc sessions on a Pay-As-You-Feel basis with no minimum charge.

What’s my coaching style?
1. I'm a proud productivity and personal development nerd, which is why coaching became my calling.
I help my clients figure out what lights them up, and unlock tailored tools and strategies that harmonize with their ADHD brain.
I get my dopamine from ice baths, meditation, bodyboarding, applying video game psychology to real life, fostering cats, spending time in nature, floating in sensory deprivation tanks, creating beach mosaics and visiting aquariums.
Where do you get yours?
2. I always tell my clients: the key to unlocking ADHD is to find the ‘you’ in everything you do.
By tapping into your natural strengths and values, and sharing practical information about living with ADHD, I'll support you to develop strategies for daily life that actually work.
I’ll also be here to collaborate with you and help your brain get unstuck. There are creative ways to find motivation or leverage even in the most mundane or tricky parts of life. It just takes some skill, practice, and a fellow ADHDer on your team.
3. In my coaching sessions, laughter and playfulness is integral.
That’s not to say we don’t get serious and do hard work! But I believe that humour has a transformative effect, allowing us to gain new perspectives, build resilience, tap into our creativity, and experience emotional release.
After all, we’re just squishy beings on a giant ball of rock hurtling through space at 67,000 mph. Why not enjoy the ride?
4. I’ll encourage you to be a curious scientist about your ADHD, and see that all data is good data.
Thanks to stigma, ADHDers tend to fear mistakes and internalise failure. But this is so often what holds them back from succeeding in their endeavours.
I’ve noticed when my clients take the pressure off and simply explore the fascinating world of their brain, collect valuable intel and conduct experiments, they are way more likely to achieve their goals… And more importantly love themselves!
5. Instead of claiming to have all the answers for you, I'll empower you to look in the mirror and discover your own insights.
As a fellow ADHDer, I’ll offer a compassionate ear and valuable reflections. And together, we'll uncover blind spots, clear roadblocks, and help you see the possibilities that may have eluded you.
