Having faced more than my fair share of trauma I know that one of the best things I did was to seek help. I want to work with you to recover from what ever is holding you back or limiting your life.
I work as one human being to another and together we could produce your future. There is no judgement, just genuine support for you to be the best you can be.
As a qualified coach and mentor I work with people to become the best that they can be. By that I mean, being comfortable in your own skin, living your best life, being closer to the real you and having a strong inner scaffolding that guides and directs you to break limiting patterns that hold you back.
Over 35 years of experience in leadership, menopause, career, mindfulness, change and burnout. Reiki qualified. Anxiety and emotional mastery specialist.
Worked as a talking therapist for a children's cancer charity and in the final stages of becoming a therapist in the Clearing Method.

A Trauma informed Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor. Ex Global HR Director who has had her own Executive Coaching Company for over 20 years. Specialises in Career, Life, Anxiety, Confidence and Resilience and Burnout.
Trained in leadership, menopause, career, mindfulness, change and burnout. Reiki qualified.
In the final stages of a therapeutic intervention called the Clearing Method which is a somatic, root cause based modality - qualify in Jan 25 after three years training

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
