About me

Do you want to live life to the full? As a positive psychologist I will work with you to help you develop your career, work with confidence in business, find your strengths and thrive.

I offer career and wellbeing coaching as a business psychologist. I specialise in helping people get better at what they do.

I have over 20 years of experience as a senior leader and coach in the public sector. I have learnt how to thrive at work and want to help you live life to the full.

I offer bespoke coaching to respond to your needs. I coach individuals and teams using a cognitive behavioural approach, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience and health coaching.

Client Feedback:

"Heather’s coaching style is compassionate, insightful and practical. She holds her deep knowledge of HR procedure and law lightly, and responds insightfully to the issues at hand. I have particularly appreciated her sensitive handling of discussions around managing disability in the workplace, and practical advice while developing next steps."Emily – Civil Servant

“I came to see Heather because I was having difficulties managing some members of my team. Our sessions have helped me to set achievable goals to tackle these issues and achieve the results I have wanted for a long time. She’s a great sounding board, really supportive and easy to talk to. I always look forward to our coaching sessions, knowing that I’ll come away feeling clearer and more positive about the issues I’m facing at work.” HP, Aida Store Owner

“Working with Heather has been really useful for my self-confidence and to understand what my key strengths are. Working with her alongside the Civil Service Positive Action Pathway development scheme has been perfect. I have been able to focus on key topics and develop a strengths based profile which feels more like me and less like buzz words. Heather has also helped me to reflect on what my priorities are and together, we have been able to discover the next steps for me. I would recommend Heather’s coaching to anyone, but especially those who want to develop their confidence, particularly after a career break or period of maternity leave.” Jess- Civil Servant

“Heather delivered an online talk for chambers on the topic of personal resilience in a time of crisis. The contents were tailored to the needs of our workforce, and Heather presented it in a very personable and thoughtful style – it has undoubtedly given plenty of people lots to think about, and provided many practical ways to navigate these exceptional times. The talk was well-researched, pitched at just the right level, and delivered with confidence. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heather, or to have her back with us again.” Barrister, Chambers.
