About me

I’m Hayley, a qualified Life Coach and founder of Next Chapter Coaching.

I work with women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, lacking in confidence or simply unsure about what comes next. You might look like you have everything together on the outside, but inside feel like you’ve lost your direction or yourself somewhere along the way.

My own experiences have shaped the way I coach. I’ve navigated personal challenges, hormonal health struggles and the pressures of working in a high-performing, demanding career. I know what it feels like to keep pushing through, put yourself last and feel like you should be coping when, actually, you’re exhausted.

I also know what it feels like to question where your life is going and wonder whether you’re where you thought you’d be.

That’s why I created Next Chapter Coaching, to give women a safe, supportive and judgement-free space to pause, reflect and focus on themselves.

Together, we can explore what you really want, what’s holding you back and what needs to change. I can support you with confidence and self-belief, boundaries, overthinking, burnout, life and career transitions, and finding clarity about what comes next.

My approach is honest, compassionate and down-to-earth. I won’t tell you what you should do. Instead, I’ll ask the right questions, listen without judgement and help you find your own answers.

You don’t need to have your whole life figured out before you start.

Sometimes you just need a safe space to take a breath, get clear and work out your next step.

Professional Experience

21 years’ experience in the beauty industry.

I have spent over two decades working closely with women in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, including experience as a Beauty Department Manager at Selfridges.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported and worked with women from all different backgrounds, gaining a strong understanding of confidence, self-esteem, workplace pressure, career challenges and the demands of everyday life.

My own experience of working in a demanding career, alongside navigating personal challenges and periods of burnout, has also shaped the compassionate and down-to-earth approach I bring to my coaching.

I bring both professional experience and real-life understanding to every coaching conversation. 🤍
