About me
Hi, I am a Coaching Psychologist and Life Coach, specialising in positive transformational physical, psychological and spiritual change for men and women.
I specialise in Positive Psychology Coaching. Positive Psychology is the science of positive emotion, value-based living, character strengths and psychological flourishing.
I can help you to flourish and reach your goals in your self development, relationships, career and business.
I have been coaching since 2017, developing my coaching practice alongside my 18 year career as a CBT and EMDR Therapist.
I've now helped hundreds of coaching and therapy clients to achieve the best from their lives.
I provide online coaching to wherever you are nationally or internationally.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am currently working towards Chartered Coaching Psychologist recognition with the British Psychological Society (expected in December 2025) and I'm an associate member of the International society for Coaching Psychology.
My qualifications include:

- PGDip Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I have successfully operated a private psychotherapy business since 2014 and have helped thousands of clients from all walks of life. Since beginning Positive Psychological coaching in 2020, I have coached people in understanding how to master and use character strengths, positive emotional regulation and self-determination theory to work towards full psychological flourishing.
