Hi, I'm Gemma - a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach, accredited to the highest level in the coaching industry and one of the first in the world to hold this title.
With a background as a multi-award-winning Founder & CEO, and a heart-led leader, I bring both professional insight and deep personal understanding to my coaching practice. I know first-hand what it takes to be a leader, the highs and lows of running your own business, and the value of working with an exceptional coach.
Through my business, Purpose Panda Coaching, I support professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves or their purpose.
My unique approach blends science-backed psychology with intuitive guidance - helping clients move beyond stress, overthinking, and self-doubt into clarity, confidence, and fulfilment.
Using over 34 proven techniques that blend science and intuition, I create a safe, structured, and deeply compassionate space where you can reconnect with your inner wisdom, build emotional resilience, and find aligned direction in life and work.

As the founder of multiple purpose-led businesses - including an award-winning consultancy known for its outstanding company culture - I understand the pressures of leadership, the juggle of entrepreneurship and motherhood, and the toll that burnout and people-pleasing can take on high achievers.
I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour, mindset, and the power of gut feelings. That lifelong curiosity led me to become one of the world’s first Master Intuitive Psychology Coaches - trained and accredited to the highest level in the coaching industry. My training combines cutting-edge neuroscience with powerful therapeutic coaching techniques, all grounded in a trauma-aware, compassionate framework.
I’m known for my empathy, clarity, and calm presence - but I’m also not afraid to ask the brave questions that help clients move forward. I create a space where you’ll feel deeply seen, gently challenged, and fully supported as you reconnect with your inner truth and grow in confidence, resilience and self-trust.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
