I'm a Transformational Coach here to help you find your direction and reach your potential.

I am a transformative coach, trainer, and facilitator with 20+ years of experience in helping people reach their potential. I provide you with a non-judgemental and open space to come as you are – with whatever challenges, hopes, or changes you want to explore. I understand and appreciate that you are a whole person and that your family, identity, mind, spirit, and body are all linked when it comes to making a meaningful change.
We will work in partnership to identify what you want to get out of coaching, explore your topic, play around with relevant tools and strategies, and draw it together into actions that you can take away into your life. Sometimes you’ll realise that one issue leads to another or your priorities change – that’s normal and welcome. I will coach you as the complex and evolving human being that you are.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Free initial telephone or online session

Sessions are up to 60 minutes, but longer sessions can be discussed if needed.
Discounted rates may be available for some students/young people if I have capacity.
Payment is made up front.
Sessions are booked using my digital diary at a mutually convenient time.
