About me
I help adults and teenagers uncover a more comfortable, grounded confidence so they can navigate life with greater self-trust.
My aim is that you leave sessions feeling clearer, steadier and more connected to yourself.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come. Part of our work is making sense of what’s there and finding a way forward that feels right for you.
Rather than focusing purely on outcomes, our work centres on building self-awareness and creating the conditions where your confidence can naturally emerge. I call this comfortable confidence. A way of feeling grounded, resourced and able to respond to life as it is, rather than constantly second-guessing yourself.
I offer practical tools and exercises tailored to you and your goals, sometimes bringing in elements of voice, presence and body awareness where useful. These are always introduced gently and only explored if they feel relevant to you.
My coaching style is warm, empathetic and engaged. I will listen carefully, reflect honestly and ask thoughtful questions that help you hear yourself more clearly.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
My training includes ICF-accredited and university-approved Personal and Business Coaching through Barefoot Coaching (2024), alongside an NCFE Level 3 in Life Coaching (2023) and Psychology (2022) through Oxbridge. I also have further training in Adolescent Coaching with the YCI.
Before coaching, I trained and worked as an actor (BA Hons), and this continues to shape how I work today.
You can expect a coaching space that is thoughtful, grounded and held with care. My approach is built on integrity, empathy and genuine curiosity about your experience.
Alongside my coaching training, I bring skills developed through acting and facilitation, including listening without judgement, strong observation, and an awareness of how we think, behave and respond in different situations.
This often supports work around confidence, communication, self-awareness and the way you relate to yourself and others.
I have experience working across personal, professional and educational settings, with both adults and young people.
