About me

I am qualified to Chartered level in Human Resources and have been an Accredited Career Coach for over eight years, coaching senior managers, individuals at the start of their career journey, and young people.

My career within Human Resources, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and Organisational Development has involved coaching individuals who are changing careers, returning from career breaks, making planned and unplanned changes, or navigating significant life and career transitions, including parental transition and menopause.

I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including people with ADHD, autism and dyslexia. Through my work, I have helped people access reasonable adjustments, build confidence, overcome workplace barriers and recognise the strengths that come from different ways of thinking. This experience enables me to bring a compassionate, practical and inclusive approach to ADHD coaching, career coaching and personal development.

I'm delighted to now be a fully qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner. This enables me to work with you to:

Discover your unique strengths and personality preferences
Gain deeper insight into how different personality types communicate and interact.
Improve your self-awareness and understanding of others, helping you build stronger relationships.
Leverage your natural traits for personal and professional success
People have described my coaching style as:

"Compassionate, insightful, focused and pragmatic."

Coaching can help you see yourself more clearly and gain the insights you need to grow and develop. But that's not my whole story. I can also draw upon neuroscience-based approaches to help you understand why certain barriers may exist and how you can create new opportunities for growth and success. Change takes time, but the benefits can be felt long after coaching has finished.

I am passionate about supporting professionals at key transition points in their lives and careers. Whether you are developing your leadership identity, building confidence, navigating change, managing the impact of ADHD at work, or seeking greater fulfilment in your career, my aim is to help you recognise your strengths and move forward with confidence.
