About me

I am qualified to Chartered level in Human Resources and have been an Accredited Career Coach for over 8 years. Coaching Senior managers,  as well as individuals that are starting their career journey and young people.

My career within Human Resources and organisational development has involved coaching individuals that are changing careers, returning from career breaks, making planned and unplanned changes, perhaps due to career and life transitions including parental transition and menopause.

People have described my coaching style as:

"compassionate , insightful, focused and pragmatic."

Coaching will help you see yourself more clearly and gain the insights you need to grow and develop. But that’s not my whole story I can base your coaching sessions in  neuroscience, providing you with understanding as to why you might experience barriers and opening your mind to opportunities. Change takes time but the benefit can be felt long after coaching has finished.

Its so important to support professionals at key transitional points to help them progress positively through change. This can mean supporting individuals to build their leadership identity, develop confidence which plays to their strengths.
