I run every day. I have done for over 5 years. Every day. 1000s of miles.
I read 5 pages of non-fiction books every day. Dozens of books that used to look good gathering dust.

My background in psychology, NLP and coaching gives me a broad range of tools to draw from. Generic self-development theory hasn't worked for my clients, not because the theory is wrong, but because it was never tailored to them. That's what I do differently. I take what's relevant and turn it into personal actions that are sustainable because they are specific to their life.

I also offer run coaching for runners at all levels, from complete beginners to marathon training. My approach combines running with habit coaching to build the consistency and mindset that makes the difference between a runner who keeps going and one who doesn't.
