Using NLP, solution focused brief interventions and Mindfulness as coaching tools I can help you to deal with any troublesome emotions that are holding you back, incorporating this with Cognitive Hypnosis and CBT will enable you to overcome procrastination and become assertive. I am fully DBS checked with a current certificate for your peace of mind and therefore able to see teenagers. I offer soft skills training for teenagers including personal presentation skills ideal for university and employment interviews. Exam preparation and stress reduction sessions. I also offer Confidence and self-esteem boosting sessions, anxiety management, emotional resilience training all tailored specifically for teens.
